- Credit the author and the publication.
- Example: By Todd Votteler, Texas+Water
- Credit the photos and imagery provided by Texas+Water as they appear in the original article.
- Alert info@texaspluswater.org when the article is published, along with a link to the republished article.
Edits
- The republished article must retain all links from the original Texas+Water article.
- Editors and publishers are free to choose a new headline for the article, provided that it makes sense for the story and is not misleading.
- Republished stories cannot be edited, except to reflect changes in time and house style.
- Example: Changing “last week” to “two weeks ago” or changing “Austin, Texas” to “Austin, TX.”
- Imagery and photos provided cannot be altered, except for resizing for space.
